Myth of Secret Wisdom
Whenever I hear someone introduce their career or life journey while name dropping a big Ivy-League university name, it creates a funny image in my head.
They must be thinking it adds a boost of credibility. I wish they were aware how that resembles the so popular storyline Hollywood uses as a caricature of enlightenment.
You know what I am talking about; the californian guy who was in search of self, only to find after walking through the mountains of nepal, following the footsteps of Himalayan monks.
Yeah, that’s right! The credibility you so seek from your Ivy-league past is nothing but a myth. It is a myth of the past. No knowledge is out of reach for the public.
Observe carefully with these types! You will notice use of expensive of words ever so blatantly, only in the pursuit of sustaining this fake image of authority.
